Jonathan R. Zamir

Managing Partner

As principal of Keystone Equities, Jonathan R. Zamir is responsible for all major decisions related to deal sourcing, debt financing, co-investment opportunities, and major transactional matters. His role also involves detailed oversight of all activities of the company in addition to the day to day responsibilities of running the firm.

Prior to founding Keystone, Jonathan began his real estate career as Portfolio Manager for The Moinian Group, among the nation’s premier RE firms. He later joined Infinity Real Estate as its Director of Acquisitions where he participated in negotiations, structuring, and closing of all of the firm’s transactions. This included the acquisition and disposition of office, multi-family, hotel and retail assets across the US, valued at well over $500 million.

Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He also earned a Graduate Certificate from NYU’s School of Continuing Professional Studies with a focus in real estate.

Eran Israely

Senior Director

Eran Israely joined Keystone Equities in 2013 and is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of all company projects. Eran’s extensive experience includes developing hotels, multi-family, condominiums, office and other commercial products. In addition to his regular duties, Eran also sits on the Advisory Board and is actively involved in acquisitions, capital origination and general company strategy.

Prior to joining Keystone, Eran spent six years at Brack Capital Real Estate where he transacted on and developed over $500 million worth of real estate and where he nurtured a broad range of expertise across numerous asset classes.

202 Canal Street, 77 Bowery, 90 West Street, 15 Union Square, The James Hotel SoHo and Hilton Garden Inn 35th Street are just some of the many projects Eran has been directly involved with in NYC.

Eran holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business as well as a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
