Keystone invests in well-located office assets where repositioning, lease-up, or rebranding can materially enhance value. Additionally, we invest in well-located office assets with long-dated WALT and strong contractual cash flow. Our focus is on opportunities with strong underlying fundamentals and the potential to meet evolving tenant preferences in urban and growth-oriented submarkets. Our institutional management approach ensures tenant retention and long-term asset durability.

Retail

Our retail strategy targets high-traffic, urban retail corridors with durable demand drivers and barriers to entry. We pursue value-add and mixed-use retail assets where capital improvements, merchandising strategy, or re-leasing efforts can unlock underutilized value. Keystone brings deep experience in re-activating retail in dense, supply-constrained environments.

Residential

Keystone’s residential platform focuses on the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily and single-family assets in demographically strong, supply-constrained neighborhoods. We pursue both urban infill and garden-style communities where value can be created through targeted capital upgrades, operational improvements, or strategic rebranding. Our approach emphasizes basis discipline and resilient income generation.
